CXAcademy was formed in order to support Customer Experience Professionals in developing their skills and knowledge.
At CXAcademy, our primary focus is to advance your knowledge in the customer experience field and prepare Customer Experience Professionals to take the CCXP exam. Our two day Customer Experience Training Programme is available to anyone who is wanting to prepare to achieve the accreditation or wants to expand their knowledge. Whether you are in the early stages of your career, or have been in a Customer Experience role for some time, the two day course will help give you the knowledge and reassurance you need to grow as a customer experience professional and take the exam as well prepared as you can be.
Designed in modules to align to the CCXP competencies, the two day course is supplemented by pre work activity and post work personal development review. Additional mentoring can be discussed with us if necessary.
The course has been designed to allow you to understand where your developmental gaps may be, and to know what to do to fill them.
All of our trainers are Customer Experience specialists across Europe and UK Ambassadors of CXPA. Your trainer will be an experienced practitioner, which many years of experience in the business in addition to having passed the CCXP
